The competition BIM & DIGITAL Awards 21 is launched by CLUSTER BUILD and aims to raise awareness of projects and works that exploit digital innovations to improve performance and make the design, construction, management, and maintenance process more effective.

 

As a part of the dissemination efforts, DEMO Consultants participated in the competition by presenting the H2020 project PRECEPT in the 9th Category – Industrial Research. This category is open to all projects that have participated and financed by direct and indirect funds of the European Community in the last 5 years (2015 – 2020), developing an experimental project or industrial research, with the aim of innovating the process of design & construction using digitization, BIM and its interoperability.

 

The finalists were announced on 2nd December 2021 and PRECEPT Project received the 2^nd place award in section 9: “industrial research”.

 

On Friday, 3rd December all finalists presented their work in a digital award ceremony. Around 200 people joined the event, which was also streamed on Facebook. The projects will be published in a special edition of Spazio Urbano.
